Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge!

In a large saucepan, melt butter
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/4 cups peanut butter (I used the chunky kind)
- 3 Tbs. powdered cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. light corn syrup
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Beer Bread

Grease bread pan with butter or Crisco and coat with flour
- 3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
- 3 TBSP Sugar
- 1 12 oz can of beer (any variety will do)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (optional - drizzle on top to make crust golden and add flavor, but can be left off to cut fat)
Peppermint Bark Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the peppermint bark:
- 1 Cup of sugar
- 3 Sticks of butter (2 softened, 1 melted)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa
- 2 3/4 cups of flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 Cup of powdered sugar
- 2-2 1/2 cups of chocolate (dark or milk), chopped (or chocolate chips or candy melts)
- 2-2 1/2 cups of white chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips or candy melts)
- 1/8 teaspoon, per cup of white chocolate, of peppermint extract, optional
- 5 About 5 candy canes, finely crushed
Butter Stewed Potatoes

- Enough potatoes for those you want to feed (For four people, I use 6-8 med sized)
- 1 stick butter or margarine

Lemon-Blueberry Pretzel Cheesecake Squares

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 pint (2 cups) blueberries
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
