  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1 1 cup chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 1.Preheat to 350 to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin liners.
  • 3 3.Bake 350 15 to 20 (175 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
