- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 cup white or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted Crisco

- 1/2 to 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger

- 12 ounces chocolate- and/or vanilla-flavor candy coating*, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup toffee pieces, crushed; finely chopped pistachios; and/or nonpareils

- 1 14-ounce package vanilla caramels (about 48), unwrapped

Chocolate Chip Cake

- Chocolate Chip Cake
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding (I use sugar free)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cocoa
- Mexican vanilla
- Sauce (also great on ice cream)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Melt butter and chocolate over medium heat. Add sugar, flour egg. Whisk in milk and vanilla. Cook until thickened.
