  • Zest of one orange
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups orange juice, fresh is best (just use the orange you zested)
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbs grated orange peel (optional)
