- Crust:
- 2 * 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup reduced-fat butter, melted

- 2 * 2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 * 1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 * 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
- 2 * 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 * 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 * 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 * 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 20 * 20 walnut halves

Chicken Tortilla Soup - Healthified

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium Anaheim, poblano or jalapeño chile, seeded, chopped
- 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso® reduced-sodium chicken broth (4 cups)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse (kosher or sea) salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- Avocado slices, if desired
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese, if desired

This would be an easy recipe to change to light using light cool whip, light cream cheese, etc
- 45 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 cups plus 2 Tbsp. cold milk, divided
- 1/4 cup finely crushed candy canes
- 1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1/4 cup coarsely crushed candy canes

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

1. Combine all of the ingredients except the pork butt and the buns in a large slow cooker
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 7 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- 5 pounds pork butt, cut into 2 pieces
- Rolls or buns
Sharon's chocolate crusting buttercream icing

Sharon Zambito's chocolate icing!
- 2.5 cups butter
- 2.5 cups shortening
- Splash of vanilla (1 TBSP)
- Dump in cocoa and mix all of the above till very dark brown (I do not measure it)
- 5 pounds powdered sugar streamed in
- Coffee creamer liquid (as shown in DVD) in amount needed (11-12 TBSP to start with)

1. Spray cold grill grate with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray, and place on grill
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (1.12-ounce) packet fajita
- seasoning mix
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless
- chicken breasts
- 2 red, green, or orange bell peppers,
- seeded and halved
- 12 to 14 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 Avocado from Mexico, cut into chunks
- Simple Salsa (see recipe)
