- CREAMY LIME DRESSING:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- FRUIT:
- 3 cups cantaloupe, cut up
- 1 quart strawberries, quartered
- 2 ripe medium mangoes, seed removed, peeled and cut up
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups cut-up honeydew melon, cut up

1. Spray a Cookie Scoop with non-stick spray or butter well

- Kid Size Ice Cream Cones
- Candy Melts or Almond Bark
- Sprinkles
- Six lets - I used pastel sixlets that I found around Easter time. Any small round candy would do.
- 1 batch of Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats(use the recipe on the box)
- A word about the Ice Cream Cones. I went to several grocery stores before I found these at Walmart. They are teeny tiny, and the cutest thing you have pretty much ever seen. Each one is about 1.75" tall. Tiny!

- 3 tsp. taco seasoning, divided
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, divided
- 1-1/2 cups ( 6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 small onion, copped
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 10 flour tortillas (7 inches)
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- Additional salsa, optional

1. Trim the roast of any excess fat, and season with salt and pepper
- 1 * 1 (4 pound) chuck roast
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 * 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups diced green chile pepper
- 1 * 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 * 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 * 1 (5 ounce) bottle hot pepper sauce
- 1 * 1 teaspoon garlic powder
