Use this cake recipe with Petit Four Icing recipe for coating
- Cake Recipe:
- 2 cups (280 grams) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

HEAT oven to 350ºF. MIX cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch square pan
- 12 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 squares BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup red raspberry preserves

- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
Mango Pepper BBQ sauce

- 2 cups chopped red sweet peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cups peeled and chopped mangoes
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
Berry Applesauce

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a crock pot 5-6 hours on low

- 9 * 9 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 * 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- * Gel food coloring, in desired colors

- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1/2 T red pepper flakes
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 T crumbled bacon pieces (I used Hormel precooked bacon)
- 8 C chicken broth
- 2 C water
- 1 C half and half
- 2 large russet potatoes, sliced thin
- 3 C Kale, chopped
