Turkey Pot Pie

Use that leftover turkey and make something delicious for your family
- 12 to 14-lb. turkey
- 6 T. butter
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. white pepper
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. cooked turkey, cubed
- 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
- 2 c. potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
- 17.3 -oz.pkg. frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed

- 3 T raspberry jam (or strawberry, mixed berry, boysenberry...any berry jam will do)

- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar (about 4 cups)

- For the fruit base
- 6 cups Granny Smith apples (about 6 large), peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 cups pears (about 5 large), peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For the topping
- 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
