Garlic and Herb Aioli

Mix all ingredients. Chill
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, freshly minced
- 1 tsp. chopped, fresh dill
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp. chopped shallot or red onion
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- Few drops Tabasco
Blueberry Cream Bars

Makes a 9 inch square dessert, about 16 2 inch squares
- Crust: 1/2 cup, butter or margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- Filling: 1 pint blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Topping:1 container(8oz) frozen whipped topping
- 4 oz. (half of an 8 oz pkg.) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Coriander Scallops with Orange - Ginger Dressing

Whisk orange juice, vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil, ginger and cilantro in small bowl
- 3 tbsps. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tbsps. white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tsps. chopped, fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsps. coriander seeds coarsely crushed in resealable bag with mallet
- 16 sea scallops. side muscles, removed
- 8 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 navel orange, peel and pits removed, cut between membranes into segments
Breakfast Egg Bake

Beat eggs, milk, together then add remaining ingredients and mix
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices of bread (cubed)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese(grated)
- 1 lb. meat, cooked (sausage, bacon, ham)
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
Biscuits

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- plus more for dusting
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 scant tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 tbsp. cold unsalted butter
- 1 cup whole milk
Spinach Ravioli Lasagna

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 (6oz) package fresh spinach, thoroughly washed
- 1/3 cup refrigerated pesto sauce
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese filled ravioli(do not thaw)
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded Italian six cheese blend
- Garnishes chopped fresh basil, paprika
- Use Buitoni 4 Cheese Light Ravioli
- Light Classico Alfredo Sauce
Spinach Gratin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, toasted
- 1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 tsps. vegetable oil
- 2 lb. baby spinach
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsps. all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cream and half and half, warmed
- 1 clove
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 thyme sprig, plus leaves from 1 sprig
- 1/2 cup grated Emmentaler cheese
- Kosher salt and white pepper to taste
Crab Cakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 12 oz. of fresh, white lump crabmeat, 16 oz. can
- 3 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, divided
- 1 tbsp. plus 1/4 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic seasoning or Old Bay
- 4 tbsps. melted butter, divided
Shrimp Scampi

Cook pasta. Heat oil on medium high heat
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 5 tbsps. butter
- 1/2 cup parsley
Magnolia Bakery Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup chunky style peanut butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon(for sprinkling) sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
