  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup each chicken stock & water
  • 1/2 t each coarse pepper & dill seed
  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 1 can (14 oz) 2% evaporated milk
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream style corn
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

  • 1 1/2 t Dijon mustard

  • 12 T (1 1/2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, diced

DIVINE!!! Sauce good for pork, chicken or beef satay, beef teriyaki sticks and Vietnamese rice paper rolls

  • 2-4 T chicken or veggie broth (or water)
  • 3 T peanut butter
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 2 T brown sugar or honey
  • 1 T rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1-2 t grated fresh ginger
  • 1 t sesame oil (optional)
  • 1/4 -1/2 t curry paste (optional)
