Mushrooms Au Gratin

Delicious side!
- 2 T butter
- 1 lb. mushrooms (mixture - white button, crimini, oyster, etc.)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 t salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 T flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated swiss or mozza cheese
Fantastic Turtle Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- First Ingredients:
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup plus 2 T all-purpose flour
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- Second Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 3 T water
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- For Garnish:
- 1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate

Cook cauliflower 5 min. & set aside
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 c each red and green pepper
- 1/2 pint pickled onions
- 1/4 pint gr. olives
- 1/4 lg. tin anchovies (in oil)
- 1 1/4 tin green beans
- 3/8 cup vinegar
- 1/2 pint dill pickles (sliced approx. 1/2" thick)
- 1/2 tin black olives
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 tin button mushrooms
- 1 1/4 tin ketchup
- 3/8 cup mazola oil
- 1 tiun tuna
Oat Squares

- 2 cups quick rolled oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 t vanilla
Cran-Raspberry Mold

Pour boiling water on jello in a bowl and dissolve by stirring with a wooden spoon
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1- 6 oz. package Raspberry Jello
- 1 1/3 cups sour cream
- 2/3 cup jellied cranberry sauce

- 1 8 oz. pkg. spreadable cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated mozza
- 1 cup low fat mayo
- 1 t epicure cheese, chives & bacon dip mix
- 1 t lemon dilly dip mix
- 1 t 3 onion dip mix
- 1 sourdough bread loaf
Butterscotch Pecan Bars

In saucepan, heat br. sugar & butter, stir until melted
- 1 c br. sugar
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 c chopped pecans
Heirloom Grape Tomato Salad

Prepare the vinaigrette just before use
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cove minced garlic
- 1/2 t dijon mustard
- 1 T chopped chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup pain yogurt
- 1 c cup extra virgin olive oil
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 pint red grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 pint yellow grape tomatoes, halved
- 3 stalks celery, sliced thinly
- 6 scallions, sliced
Spicy Steamed Mussels

Pick through washed mussels making sure that they are all tightly closed and all of the beards have been removed
- 2 lbs. mussels, washed and beards removed
- 4 T veg. oil
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (2 inch piece) ginger, minced
- 2 serrano chile peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 t curry powder
- 2 t ground coriander
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 T heavy cream
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 lg. ciabatta loaf, sliced into 1/2 inch thick diagonal slices
