Extraordinary Cheese Dip

Preheat oven to 350.F. Combine first 7 ingredients until well blended
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. spreadable cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup low fat mayo
- 1 t VE cheese chives & bacon dip mix
- 1 t VE Lemon Dilly dip mix
- 1 t VE 3 onion dip mix
- 1 round sourdough bread

Beat butter until soft. Add 1/2 flour, sugar, water and vanilla
- 1 c butter or marg.
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 T water
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 c finely chopped hazel nuts

- 2 t butter
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 lbs. brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 cups chicken stock

In heavy saucepan, combine milk & 1/4 c sugar
- 2 c milk
- 1/4 c wh. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1/3 c wh. sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1 t vanilla
