In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold butter
Cream Biscuits

1. Adjust an oven rack to the upper-middle position and heat the oven to 450 degrees
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for the counter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
