Bake 1 Hour @ 350 Cook sausage, drain
- 1 lb Hot Italian Sausage - Kowalski
- 1 lb Mild Italian Sausage - Kowalski
- 32 oz container whole milk Ricotta Cheese
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese + xtra for top
- 1 Largest Bottle Prego Traditional Sauce
- 1 ea 26oz Pasta Sauce, any style
- 1 pkg Kowalski Lasagna noodles
Creamed Spinach

In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat until sizzling
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt (I use seasoned salt)
- 1 cup half-and-half or 1 cup milk
- 1 ⁄2 cup sour cream (lowfat is okay)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -4 tablespoons onions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ⁄4 cup water
- 20 ounces frozen spinach, drained and chopped
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper (optional or to taste)
- 1 ⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Cranberry Bread

Sift all dry ingredients from above together
- 2-cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2-2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons oil or melted shortening
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
