In blender, combine 1st 6 ingredients

  • 1/4 c. brown rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 c. dried cranberries
  • 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Water dilute vinaigrette to taste
  • In blender, combine 1st 6 ingredients. With blender still running, slowly add olive oil until well-blended. Add water, salt & pepper to taste.
