Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 8 oz, package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 &1/2 tsp lemon extract or 1 Tbs lemon juice
