Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar

- 2 cups sliced fresh rhubarb or frozen unsweetened sliced rhubarb, thawed

- 11/2 lbs. bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 yellow onions, diced
- 5 celery stalks, diced
- 1 lb. white button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 Cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 TB. chopped fresh sage (or 4 tsp. RUBBED SAGE)
- 4 TB. chopped fresh thyme (or 4 tsp. THYME)
- 4 TB. chopped fresh tarragon (or 4 tsp. FRENCH TARRAGON)
- 4 TB. fresh rosemary (or 4 tsp. CRACKED ROSEMARY)
- 1-2 tsp. salt, to taste

Sesame Ginger Dressing

Dressing: Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until it emulsifies and thickens a bit
- Dressing:
- 1/2 Cup vegetable (canola) oil
- 1/4 Cup vinegar
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar
- 2 TB. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2-1 tsp. POWDERED GINGER
- 1/4 tsp. GARLIC (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. GROUND WHITE or BLACK PEPPER (optional)
- Chicken:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2-4 TB. Sesame Ginger Dressing
- Greens:
- 1 lb. greens-collard, mustard, etc.
- 2-4 TB. Sesame Ginger Dressing
- Salad:
- 1 head romaine or your favorite lettuce, cleaned and cut
- 1 4-oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small red onion cut in rings
- 1/2 Cup Sesame Ginger Dressing (to taste)
