Sweet Potato Chips and Onion Dip

Instructions For onion dip: Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy
- For onion dip:
- 3 slices no nitrate bacon
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 cups organic sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos
- For potato chips:
- potatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder for white potatoes
- rosemary for sweet potatoes

MAKES FOUR 6-INCH PIZZAS Grilled pizza is a family favorite
- 3/4 cup warm water (105-110 degrees)
- 1 packet dry yeast, quick rising
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup white rice flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour, extra for dusting
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/4 cup golden milled flax seed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons rice milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, more for brushing grates and tops of pizzas
- 1 egg, beaten, or egg replacer
- Toppings (such as chopped tomatoes, oregano, chopped garlic, fresh basil leaves, grated
- cheese of choice or dairy-free cheese replacement)
Veggie Kabobs with Herb and Garlic Marinade

Directions Cook potatoes in salted water until fork tender; let cool and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 medium red or white potatoes
- 1 cup firm or extra-firm tofu chunks
- 1 cup red, yellow or green bell pepper chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup red onion chunks
- 1 cup white button mushrooms
- 1 cup zucchini or yellow squash chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Marinade, recipe follows
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
