Cleveland Midwest Authentic Clambake

- to to 12,000 cooking outdoors, plan on using a propane-fueled turkey fryer. If cooking indoors, to steam more than four to six bakes, you'll want a high-output gas burner that provides more than 12,000 BTUs.
- Six dozen Six dozen littleneck or middleneck clams, each dozen wrapped in a mesh bag. (If you're feeling flush, order an extra dozen or two for true clam lovers.)
- 11/2-pound to Six split broiler-fryer chicken halves, each about 11/2-pound portions. (Plus additional mesh bags to wrap chicken halves.)
- 8 to 10 medium yams (each about 8 to 10 ounces).
- Six Six whole ears of corn with husks and silks removed.
- Seasoned salt or Old Bay seasoning.
- to 3 3 quarts cold water (or chicken or vegetable stock).
- Melted butter; side dishes.
Paleo Hamburger Buns

Instructions Preheat the oven 350 degrees
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 C Packed Blanched Almond Flour, Honeyville Brand (additional almond flour may be needed to get them to the right consistency, please see comments)
- 1/2 C Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Grain Free Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, optional but highly recommended
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Oil of choice, liquified (I use refined coconut oil)
- 1 About 1 Tbsp. Oil of Choice (I use refined coconut oil), liquified
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
Greek Pasta Salad

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 large cauliflower, about 2 pounds, cut into 1 1/2-inch flowerets
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked white pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
Pumpkin Pie

For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped and reserved
- Bourbon-Maple Whipped Cream
- 1 1/4 cups very cold heavy cream
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped and reserved
- 2 tablespoons Grade B maple syrup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons bourbon (to your taste)
- 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly warm
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Slow Cooked Cuban Sandwich

Easy Paleo Shepherd's Pie

Place a couple inches of water in a large pot
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp ghee, melted
- 1 tsp spicy Paleo mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, to garnish
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
