- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided
- 1 small onion, very finely chopped
- 1 1/4 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 8 slices white Pullman bread or whatever sandwich bread you like
- 3-4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3-4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
