Preheat the oven to 400 F
- 1 cup whole-wheat (whole-meal) flour
- 3/4 cup all-purpose (plain) flour, plus extra for kneading
- 3 tablespoons wheat germ

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

This was very good, the slaw, with the romaine and the pinch of hot pepper flakes, was particularly good on it
- For the Slaw:
- 4 small fillets of Manitoulin Island Perch or 2 basa or tilapia fillets (6 oz.)
- 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Flour to dredge
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 hot-dog style kaiser buns
- 1/2 cup shredded iceburg or romaine lettuce
- 1/2 Lemon (Juice and Zest)
- 1/4 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Chives (finely chopped - never used)
- Chili Flakes (to taste)
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper and Maldon salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons prepared tartar sauce, to serve

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 2 2 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced
- 1 1 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1 to 1 to 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 4 4 brioche buns, halved and lightly toasted

GROUND****Jamie Oliver's Steamed Asian Chicken "Parcels"

This was very good for both
- required amount of Chard or Romaine leaves, rib shaved to make it easier to roll them
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 scallions, white and light green parts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 fresh small red Thai chili pepper, seeded, or dash of Siracha
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 dried Kaffir lime leaves
- 4 oz. ground chicken or turkey
- 1 tablespoon juice and 1 teaspoon grated zest from 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Serve with Thai marinade/dipping sauce.

BREAST****Michael Symon's Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts with Watermelon Feta Salad - 11 Points

Very good for both. I used to bone-in, skin-on breasts and it was enough for basically four meals
- For the Chicken:
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- Kosher Salt
- 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
- Grated Zest and Juice of 1/3 Orange
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds (toasted and ground)
- 2/3 teaspoon Cumin Seeds (toasted and ground)
- 2/3 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
- For the Watermelon Feta Salad:
- 1/4 Small Seedless Watermelon (cubed)
- 1/3 cup Feta (crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves (torn)
- 1 Scallion (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (grated or finely minced)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar (or to taste)
CAULIFLOWER - Sesame Roasted Cauliflower
