COCONUT-GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tap vanilla extract

- 1 5-6 lb point cut brisket
- One package onion soup mix
- One package onion-mushroom soup mix
- 4 cups water
- Garlic powder
- Pepper
MUFFALETTA SPREAD

In a medium bowl, combine olives, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, horseradish, basil and garlic
- 1 jar (3 oz) pimiento-stuffed olives, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced kalamata olives, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1-2 tsp dried basil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1-8 oz package cream cheese

CRISPY PAN-FRIED CHICKEN CUTLETS

1. Place panko in large zipper-lock bag and lightly crush with rolling pin
- 1 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 large eggs
- Salt
- 2 (6- to 8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed, halved horizontally, and pounded 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
CEASAR SALAD - CLASSIC

A combination of extra-virgin olive oil and canola oil gave our Caesar Salad dressing a neutral base
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic paste from 1 large clove (see note)
- 2 - 3 tablespoons juice from 1 to 2 lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 anchovy fillets , patted dry with paper towels, minced fine, and mashed to paste with fork (1 tablespoon) (see note)
- 2 large egg yolks (see note)
- 5 tablespoons canola oil
- 5 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 ounces finely grated Parmesan cheese (about 3/4 cup)
- Ground black pepper
- 2 - 3 romaine hearts , cut crosswise into 3/4-inch-thick slices, rinsed, and dried very well (8 to 9 lightly pressed cups)
CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE

- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. plus a pinch kosher salt, divided
- 8 oz. frozen, pitted cherries, thawed and roughly chopped
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles, for garnish

- 1 1/2 TBS fine dry plain bread crumbs
- 1 cup frozen chopped onions
- 1 cup diced cooked ham (1/4 lb)
- 1 TBS butter
- 1-8 oz package shredded Swiss Cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
MINI-BACON MEATBALLS

Preheat oven to 400°. Coat a broiler pan with nonstick spray
- 2 strips bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound ground beef sirloin
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
POTATO CASSEROLE WITH BACON AND CARMELIZED ONION

- 1 large onion, halved and sliced thin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 lb Yukon gold potatoes, sliced 1/8" on mandolin
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 TBS salt,
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 TBS butter cut into 4 pieces
