- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove , minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon of pepper
Mini Omelets/Frittatas

Heat your oven to 350º F and coat a 6-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Assorted mix-ins (such as shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and cooked and chopped bacon, ham, or sausage)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Gluten Free Honey Graham Cracker Pie Crust
