- 2 potatoes
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 eggs
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp peeled ginger, minced
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

"A refreshing light pasta salad with a delicious Asian flair
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast meat
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- DOUBLE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL

- Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon (or more)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil (honestly, I didn’t measure)
- Minced or smashed garlic with fresh or dried basil
- Fresh dill
- Or use any other herbs or spices that you have on hand
- Can top with following sauce after salmon is fully cooked if desired:2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons good soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Taco Pizza

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (I used the jalapeño kind)
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 4 green onions, chopped

"A delicious pasta, meat and cheese combination with a homemade dressing
- 1 pound bowtie pasta
- 1/4 pound Genoa salami, chopped
- 1/4 pound pepperoni sausage, chopped
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 3 tomatoes, chopped (or sundried tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 3/4 t. white sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- May use Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
