Boil the noodles according the directions given on the package and keep it aside

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (if doubling add half chicken broth or water)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts as topping
  • PEANUT SAUCE
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 t. Sambal Oelek
