  • Ingredients:
  • cake -
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt

  • 2 T powdered sugar, for the towel when wrapping the cake
  • filling* -
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 t vanilla or 1/2 a vanilla bean
  • 1 cup diced strawberries + more for topping
  • I had a little less than half left over, so feel free to cut the filling recipe in half and you should be fine.
  • Strawberry Coulis
  • 2 cups quartered and hulled strawberries, mashed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 T granulated sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice
