Erin Oprea's Easy Yogurt Parfait

Mix the yogurt, vanilla, peanut butter, and agave in a small bowl
- 1 cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 T natural peanut butter or PB2
- 1/2 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1 handful of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and/or raspberries
- Reduced sugar granola
Homemade Noodles

Roll paper thin and let dry for several hours until it is not sticky
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 T milk
- pinch of baking powder
- 1 cup flour or more
- pinch of salt
- chicken broth
Sausage Cheese Balls

- 1 lb. sausage
- 3 cups bisquick
- 1 (10 oz.) package cheddar cheese
Chocolate Pudding Parfaits

In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate and cocoa powder and set aside
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 to 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 8 Oreo cookies, chopped
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
- Graham cracker sticks or teddy grahams
Green Smoothie

- 2 bananas, peeled

- Dough:
- 1 1/4 lbs. Bisquick
- 3 Oz. freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 11 Oz. cold water
- Garlic Spread:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. dried parsley

- For the Lemon Pancakes:
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

- 3 eggs

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- For the Blueberry Compote:
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 T agave nectar
- 1 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 1/2 cup water
