I have experimented with countless recipes searching for that perfect chocolate chip cookie
- 1 pound unsalted butter
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 cups packed light-brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups plus 2 tablespoons pastry flour
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 pounds bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Peanut Butter Chocolate Dessert Recipe

Crush 16 cookies; toss with the butter
- 20 chocolate cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
- 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 15 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix

- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 3/4 C milk
- 8 Oreo cookies, smashed to bits

- Sponge:
- 1 teaspoon (0.11 ounce) instant yeast
- 4 cups (18 ounces) unbleached high-gluten or bread flour
- 2 1/2 cups (20 ounces) water, at room temperature
- Dough:
- 1/2 teaspoon (.055 ounce) instant yeast
- 3 3/4 cups (17 ounces) unbleached high-gluten or bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons (.33 ounce) malt powder OR 1 Tablespoon (.5 ounce) dark or light malt syrup, honey or brown sugar
- 8 ounces Asiago cheese, shredded
- To Finish:
- 1 Tablespoon baking soda
- Cornmeal or semolina flour for dusting
- 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
