Cherry Cola Cupcakes

- Coke Frosting:
- 1 C cola (I use the Whole Foods house brand, 365)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/3 C canola oil
- 2 tsp Kool Kola extract
- 1 1/3 C flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 44 maraschino cherries (I know it sounds like a lot. I did four per cupcake. You could cut down on the number if you aren't a huge maraschino fan; or, leave them off entirely to just make Coke cupcakes.)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 C unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 C powdered sugar (add more if you prefer a thicker frosting)
- 2 tsp Kool Kola extract
Heathbar Cake

Bake a German chocolate cake
- 1 German chocolate cake
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 big container whipped topping
- 1 bag Heathbar chips
Creamed Corn

Melt butter, add flour. Mix in sugar till dissolved
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 - 16 oz. frozen corn, thawed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 T. flour

Blend all ingredients until smooth
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup reduced-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 handful of kale

In mixing bowl beat zucchini, sugar, and egg together
- 1 cup grated unpeeled zucchini
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cooking oil

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp grated lemon peel (or lemon juice)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Salted Caramel Brownies

- Brownie Ingredients:
- 6 ounces, weight Unsweetened Chocolate, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Unsalted Butter, Cut Into Pieces
- 2 cups Sugar
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- Caramel Glaze Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter, Cut Into Pieces
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 2 packages (about 1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon) Powdered Gelatin Mixed With 1/4 Cup Water
