Best-Ever Banana Bread

In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Lemon Roast Potatoes

In a large pot of boiling salted water cover and cook potatoes until slightly tender, about 15 minutes
- 8 Yukon Gold potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup evoo
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
Slow Cooker Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

1. Layer half of ham, potatoes, and onions in slow cooker
- 1 1/2 lbs 98% fat-free ham, cut into 8 pieces
- 8-10 medium sized potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, or more according to taste
- 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 3/4 oz can 98% fat-free cream of celery soup

Steamed Asparagus with Lemon

- 4 lb asparagus
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
One Pan Chicken Pasta with Chardonnay Wine Sauce

Bring water to a boil in a large, deep skillet
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 C Barefoot Chardonnay
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp half and half
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- salt and ground pepper for sprinkling the chicken
- fresh parsley for garnish
Breakfast Casserole

Heat oven to 400 F. Grease a casserole dish
- 1 lb Browned and Drained Breakfast Sausage
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups Milk
- 3/4 cup Biscuit Baking Mix
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Onions (optional)

- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2/3 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 c. mini pepperoni
- Marinara, warmed (for serving)

- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate baking square, cut up
- 1 1/2 tsp hard margarine or butter
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
- Icing sugar for garnish
Super Chocolate Chunk Fudge Brownies

In saucepan over medium-high heat, bring sugar, butter and 2 tbsp water to a boil, stirring occasionally
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp each baking soda and salt
- 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
Iced Gingerbread Bars

Soft, chewy, no rolling pin involved, and loaded with rich molasses and ginger flavor
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (don't overmeasure)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup medium or mild molasses (don't use blackstrap, too harsh)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 about 2 teaspoons water, cream, or milk
