Cinnamon Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- CINNAMON CRUNCH BITS
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar plus 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ICE CREAM
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4-1/2 cup dulce de leche
Kiss On The Lips Cocktail

This frozen drink is quick and easy, fruity, tropical-tasting, and the colors are so fun
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 1/2 ounces Malibu Rum OR flavored vodka (pineapple, peach, strawberry, raspberry, etc.)
- 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps
- 1 tablespoon grenadine, or to taste
- maraschino cherries and pineapple, optional for garnishing
Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Heat oven to 350ºF. Beat peanut butter and butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
Chuck Roast Dinner

In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast (3 pounds), cut into serving-size pieces
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
- 2 cans (11-1/2 ounces each) tomato juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
Soft Oatmeal Bread

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer
- 1-1/2 cups water (70° to 80°)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Cream Cheese Cracker Spread

- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup finely diced red pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
Oatey Chocolate Hot Smoothie

Add the dark chocolate to a jug and pour in the almond milk
- 15 g/0.5oz dark chocolate, chopped (check the brand for gluten free if required)
- 200 ml/6.75floz almond milk
- 20 g/0.7oz rolled oats (check the brand for gluten free if required)
- 1/2 a ripe, medium sized banana
- 6 almonds
- 5 g/0.2oz chia seeds
- 20 ml/0.7floz cold water
Roasted Beets & Carrots

Heat oven to 425°F. Wrap beets individually in foil
- 4 beets (1 lb./450 g), trimmed
- 6 carrots (1-1/4 lb./565 g)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
Cold Buster Smoothie

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- 1 Banana
- 2 Clementines (or 1 Orange)
- 1/2 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vitamin C Crystals (*as directed on bottle)
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Ice
Strawberry Milkshake

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
