- 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Smart Balance® Buttery Spread Original
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

Dry shrimp with a paper towel and then season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Smart Balance® Buttery Spread Original to the skillet. When butter melts, raise the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp. Cook shrimp for 1 minute without moving them; add the garlic and cook an additional minute. Turn the shrimp over and cook for 2 minutes more or until cooked through. Set aside in a bowl.
Return the skillet to the heat and pour in the wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Cook until slightly thickened, about 30 seconds, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Pour the sauce over the shrimp, top with parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.
Divide the shrimp among four plates or on a platter.
