In a large bowl, combine the cooked cooled peas with the chopped and shredded vegetables
- 4 cups fresh or frozen green peas, cooked just until tender, rinsed under cold water
- 1 small carrot shredded
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped, about 1 cup
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup light or regular ranch-style dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Tender Italian Chicken

- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 cup Tang dry instant powder mix
- 8-ounce carton of Cool Whip
- 14-ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (8-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salami, eggs, and pepper; mix well
- 1 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 pound Genoa or other salami, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 thin top sirloin steaks, cut in half (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

- 1 pkg (9 ozs) frozen asparagus cuts, thawed or 1 8 oz mushrooms

- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 lb fresh or frozen cleaned shrimp, thawed if frozen
