In large bowl, whisk together meringue powder, water until a slight foam forms
- 2 tbs meringue powder
- 4 c sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/4 c warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
SALAD - Greek Orzo Salad with Mustard-Dill Vinaigrette

1. Bring 8 cups of cold, salted water to a boil in a medium saucepan
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 lb(s) feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

- FOR THE SALAD
- 1 pt. grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced into half moons
- 1 c. halved kalamata olives
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 c. crumbled feta
- FOR THE DRESSING
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
