Put eggs, onions, salt, pepper, flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup of the potato cubes into blender
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 cups cubes new potatoes

In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil
- Toppings:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated carrots
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red and/or green pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup canned or cooked lentils
- 1 cup canned or cooked white kidney beans
- 2 tbsp dry bread crumbs or more
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- dry bread crumbs for coating
- 4 whole wheat buns or pita halves, warmed
- Salsa, tzatzkiki, baba ghanouj (eggplant spread), sliced tomatoes and cucumber, alfalfa sprouts.

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a cookie sheet
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
BREAD - Pizza Dough

Dissolve yeast with warm water and sugar
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 3 cups flour (less)
- 1/8 tsp baking soda

Sprinkle steaks on both sides with mustard powder; set aside
- 4 8 oz steaks - Ribeye
- 2 tbsp dry mustard powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano (chopped)
- 1/4 cup thyme
- 2 tbsp thinly slivered fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix salt and flour. Add in half the water, then eventually add the remaining water
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 3/4 c salt
- 3/4 c water
SQUARES - Peanut Butter squares

Melt honey, peanut butter, vanilla, and chocolate chips in saucepan
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup salted peanuts
SALAD - Bean Salad

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 can french-style green beans (drained)
- 1 can wax beans (drained)
- 1 can red kidney beans (drained)
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
- 8 oz Italian salad dressing
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
RICE - Herbed Rice

Bring the stock or water to a boil in a heavy pot
- 4 cups chicken stock of water
- 2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil (or 1/2 tsp dried)
VEGETABLES - Potato Dumplings

Mix potatoes, Cream of Wheat cereal, salt, & eggs
- 2 buns (stale dried out or 1/2 french baguette stale dried)
- 2 c water
- 3 c potatoes (cooked and riced or left over and grated)
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 - 5 tbsps flour
- 4 - 5 tbsps cream of wheat (cornmeal)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg
