SOUP - Broccoli Cauliflower Soup

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in heavy medium pot over medium-high heat
- 6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, room temperature
- 2 cups fresh broccoli, stems and florets separated and chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups fresh cauliflower, stems and florets separated and chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 6 1/2 cups chicken stock or canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 cups (packed) grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
VEGETABLES - Lipton Savoury Oven Roasted Onion Potatoes

In a shallow baking pan, blend Recipe Mix with oil, margarine and spices
- 1 pouch Lipton Onion Recipe Mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup melted margarine

APPETIZER - Spinach Pies

Preheat oven to 350°. Pull off and discard any tough stems and blemished leaves from the spinach
- 1 lb fresh spinach or 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 1/4 lb)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 sheets phyllo pastry

- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. halved red grapes
- 1 c. chopped apples
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c. walnuts, toasted

- 3 tbsP olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basi
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp savory
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of t=Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c red wine
- Freshly groung pepper, to taste
