Planked Salmon with Honey Dill Glaze

Soak the cedar plank in the morning before starting your busy day
- 1 (about15-x7-inch) untreated cedar plank, soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes up to overnight
- sea salt
- 3 Tablespoon honey
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tablespoon roughly chopped fresh dill
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 (3lb) salmon fillet, skin removed, pin bones removed
