Key Lime Pie

1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ cup key lime juice

Cheese Fruit Tart

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (18 oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks in its own juice, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Parmesan & Bacon Pinwheels

Mix all ingredients, except parmesan cheese
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 2 tsp dry Ranch dressing (1 envelope = 6 recipes)
- 3 Tbsp can milk
- 1 4.3 oz Real Bacon (1 bag or canned)
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Everything Baked Potato Lasagna

1.Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
- 1 (16-ounce) box lasagna noodles
- 1 (16-ounce) package bacon
- 13 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 1⁄2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 4 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1⁄2-inch cubes
- 1 cup Breakstone’s/Knudsen sour cream
- 1 ⁄2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 12 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (12-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
- Garnish: fresh chives
Almond Joy Chocolate Balls

Cream together sugar and butter in a bowl; add milk
- 2 (16-ounce) boxes confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1 (14-ounce) package shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1/2 bar paraffin
Hot Corn Dip

- 4 cups white shoe peg corn
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 2-3 Tbsp onion powder
- chopped jalapenos
Chocolate Cheese Ball

In medium bowl beat cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until creamy
- 1 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter; softened
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp chocolate liquor (optional)
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans; toasted
Sausage Snack Wraps

1 Heat oven to 375°F. 2 Separate dough into 16 triangles
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 48 fully cooked small smoked sausage links
- Ketchup, if desired
- Prepared horseradish, if desired
- Yellow mustard, if desired
Orange Date Bread

Bring water, dates, and orange peels to a boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes; stirring often
- 2 cups chopped dates
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 orange peels; ground
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 Tbsp baking powder
- 4 1/2 cups plain flour
Sage Sausage Cheese Balls

Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well
- 2 pkgs. Sage Flavor Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 16 oz. (4 cups) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
