Key Lime Pie

Separate 4 eggs. Combine egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk; mix well
- 4 eggs yolks
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 oz key lime juice
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- whipped cream
Strawberry Pound Cake

Mix cake mix, four, and gelatin
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 small box strawberry gelatin
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pkg frozen stawberries
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Frosting
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 pkg frozen strawberries
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Corn Casserole

- 1 stick margarine; melted
- 1 small box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
- 1 can whole kernel corn; undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Golden Egg Bread

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan or 10 inch iron skillet
- 1 1/2 cups Martha White yellow self-rising corn meal
- 1/2 cup Martha White self-rising flour
- 2-4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted shortening or cooking oil
JELLO JIGGLERS

- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 pkg. 4 serving size Jell-O (any flavor)

- 2 ½ cups boiling water
Pecan Corn Dip

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, lime juice, cumin, cayenne, salt
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 can (11 oz) shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
- dash of garlic powder
- Tortilla chips
Strawberry Cake

Mix cake mix, flour, jello, vanilla, oil, eggs, milk; mix well, 2 minutes or more
- 1 box white Duncah Hines cake mix
- 3 tsp self rising flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 box strawberr jello
- 1/2 pkg frozen strawberries
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water (milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Icing
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter (do not melt; cream only)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
Spinach Dip

Squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach; thawed and drained
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
- 1 envelope Knor vegetable soup mix; chopped
- 1 8 oz water chestnuts; drained and chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
Banana Bread

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups ripe, mashed, bananas
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Cream Cheese-Banana-Nut Bread

If you've never worked with whole wheat flour, accurate measuring is everything
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 (8-oz.) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas (1 1/4 lb. unpeeled bananas, about 4 medium)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
