Sweet Potato Pie

Beat all ingredients with electric mixer; blend util smooth
- 2 + cups mashed sweet potatoes (baked & peeled) (4 medium potatoes)
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp butter (stir into potatoes while hot)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Stuffed Mushrooms

Clean mushroom caps with damp paper towels; set aside
- 36 fresh muchroom caps
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 8oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
Chocolate Fantasia

Cake Heat butter, cocoa and water just to a boil
- Cake
- 2 cups butter
- 2/3 cups cocoa
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups Dixie Crystals granulated sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Icing
- 2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 4 boxes (1 lb each) Dixie Crystals confectioners sugar
- 3/4 heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup cocoa
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 Tbsp cocoa, baking powder and salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar; divided
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 7 Tbsp Hershey's cocoa; divided
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine; melted
- 1 1/3 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
Sour cream pancakes

This recipe came from a friend of a friend up here in Birmingham
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream (preferably Daisy)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Cook onions in 1/4 stick margarine
- 2 12 oz or large bags Ore-Ida southern style hash browns (not shredded)
- 1/4 stick margarine; melted
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup onion; finely chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2-1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cup sharp cheddar cheese; grated
- 1 stack ritz crackers; crushed (optional)
- 1 stick margarine; melted (optional)
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

1.Preheat oven to 350˚. Lightly grease a 3-quart baking dish, or 8 individual serving dishes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 (4-ounce) package prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 (14-ounce) package frozen broccoli
- florets, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups hot cooked penne noodles
- 1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Turtle Dessert

Place 8-1/2 ice cream sandwiches in a 13x9 inch pan
- 17 ice cream sandwiches shopping list
- 1 (12.25 oz) jar caramel topping shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- 3/4 cup hot fudge topping, heated shopping list
LEMON PIE

Preheat oven to 3500F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter
- Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Filling:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 frozen Minute Maid Lemonade, thawed
- 1 8oz cool-whip, thawed
- 1 can Eagle Brand, sweetened condensed milk
