Lemon Cheese Filling

Combine sugar, corn starch, and salt in a heavy sauce pan; mix well
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp grated lemon rind
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup butter

- 1 14 oz can whole tomatoes
- 1 10 oz can tomatoes with chiles (Ro-tel)
- 2 cups water
- 1 lg onion; chopped
- 2 1 oz envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix

- 1 7-ounce package macaroni
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced, pitted ripe olives
- 1 16-ounce can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles, drained
- 2 teaspoons beef-flavored instant bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
