In a 6 quart electric slow cooker, combine chicken, beans, broth, salsa, cheese, and cuin
- 5 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 15 oz cans Great Northern beans, drained
- 1 32 oz box chicken broth
- 1 16 oz jar mild salsa
- 1 8 oz pkg Monterey Jack Cheese with peppers, cubed
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Garnish: cheddar cheese, sour cream, and jalapenos
Potato Bacon Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 8 oz. bacon; cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 can (12 oz) Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 large egg; lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp Morton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend
Apple Ring Coffee Cake

1.Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 10-inch tube pan
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp soal
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Lemon Buttermilk Pound Cake

Cream butter and crisco. Add sugar, cream for 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 2 cups + 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups + 1 Tbsp plain flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 small box lemon instant pudding
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 2 cups canned whole kernel corn

- 1 cup diced; cooked potatoes

- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups can milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- garlic to taste
Cheddar Cheese Ball

Mix cheeses well with hands; work other ingredients in except nuts
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 1 Tbsp + green bell pepper; chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp + pimento; chopped fine
- purple onion to taste; chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- dash of salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans; to roll ball in
Ro*Tel Famous Queso

1.Combine undrained tomatoes and cheese in medium saucepan
- 1 can (10 oz) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1 pkg (16 oz) Velveeta® Cheese, cut into cubes
- Optional
- 1 lb hamburger meat; cooked and drained
- or
- 1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage; cooked and drained

- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 large onion
- 5 (15-ounce) cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 5 large (12.5-ounce) cans of chicken (or chopped chicken breasts)
- 2 packages McCormick White Chili Seasoning
- 1 (10-ounce) can Original Rotel tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 5 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 or 2 cans chicken broth, if desired to make soup thinner
