Cook spaghetti according to package
- 1/2 lb spaghetti
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup parmesean
- 2 Tbsp romano cheese
- 1/4 lb bacon, dices
- 1 Tbsp soft butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- pepper.
Turkey Chili

Saute onion and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender, stirring often
- 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp leaf oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salf
- 1 can (16oz) tomatoes in tomato puree, broken up with a fork
- 1 can (16oz) kidney beans
- 1/4 cups shredded cheeder cheese for garnish (optional)

- 1/4 cup marg
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups (8oz)cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- dash of cyanne

Boil half & half - pour over chocolate in bowl and stir until melted
- 1 cup half & half
- 8 oz chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup amaretto
- 1/2 cup graham craker crumbs

Oatmeal Lace Cookies

- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup oats (quick-cooking)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted marg.
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Rum Cake

Grease and flour 2 9" round pans
- Filling:
- 1 18 1/2 oz choc. cake mix
- 1 pkg (4 servings) instant choc pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 slivered almonds
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cub dark rum
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg instant choc. pudding
- 1/2 c rum
- 1 envelop dream whip
Fudge Icing

Melt Marg., stir in cocoa
- 1/2 stick marg.
- 3 rounded tbsp cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp can milk
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Spicy-Crunchy Snack Mix

Mix first 5 ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet coated in nonstick spray
- Sesame sticks
- Rice crackers
- Corn nuts
- Pumpkin seeds
- Pistachio nuts
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Round red pepper
- Choice of other hot spices
