Decadent Triple-Layer Mud Pie

1. Pour chocolate and Eagle Brand into bowl; stir until smooth
- 1 Ready crust Chocolate Pie Crust
- 2 Squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkgs. (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 pound hamburger
- 8-12 ounces Velveeta
- 2 (16-ounce) packages mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano

1. Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan
- 2 2/3 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip
- 1 6-ounce package strawberry Jello
- 1 16-ounce package thawed strawberries
Quiche

1. Thaw crust 10 minutes
- Deep dish pie crust
- 2 slices cheese
- 1/2 cup shopped spinach or any veggie
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- Meat
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or any cheese

- Dressing:
- 1 can black beans (soup can size), rinsed and drained
- 1 bag frozen corn (16 oz)
- 2 cans (small) sliced black olives
- 1 medium red pepper, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2-3 avacados, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 small zucchini, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
- 24 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
