  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 8-12 ounces Velveeta
  • 2 (16-ounce) packages mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown and drain hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste, garlic, oregano, and Velveeta.
2. Wiggle mushroom caps out.
3. Stuff mushrooms.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1/2 hour. If you must microwave, it takes 30 seconds/mushroom.
