- 1 * 1 9-inch refrigerated piecrust
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 * 2 medium onions, chopped
- * Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 * 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 * 4 large eggs
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 * 8 ounces Gruyere, grated
- 4 * 4 cups mixed greens

Make a dough from first 4 ingredients: put flour in large container and make a dent
- 5 lbs (14-16C) flour
- 4 pkg yeast
- 1 C warm water
- 3 C scalded milk
- 2 1/8 C melted margerine
- 1 1/2-2 C sugar
- 3 t salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb currents
- 1 lb raisins
- 1/2 lb citron
- 1/2 lb finely chopped almonds
- butter
- confectioners sugar
Mango Salsa

- 2 jalapenos, diced
