Poultry: Liz Dalrymple's Chicken Pot Pie

Mix chicken and vegetables
- 4 chicken breasts boiled with carrot, celery and onion to flavor along with several chicken bouillon cubes, cool and shred by hand. Save broth.
- Boil cut carrots, onions, yellow squash and zucchini in salted water until tender, drain.
- 1 cup non-fat, dry chicken soup mix.
- Topping
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 t ground pepper
- 1 cup non-fat buttermilk

- 1 can artichoke hearts, drain and chop
- 1 cup mayo

- 2 pkgs yeast
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 cups white flour
- Whole Wheat Bread (natural recipes, boston mass)
- 4 to 4 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 T active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 t honey
- 1 T safflower oil
- 1 t sea salt
Sauces - Mango Chutney

Mix first six ingredients in a thick bottomed pan and simmer on a low heat for 40 minutes
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- One inch root ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup white onion, diced
- 1 cup mango puree
- One small bunch fresh mint, chopped
Cookies: Peanut Butter Cookies

Crean sugar and butter Sift flour and add slowly Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t soda
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 t vanilla

Mix very lightly Bake at 350 degrees until done
- 2 packages Jiffy Cornbread Mix (prepared according to directions)
- 4 slices toast
- 1 box Waverly Wafers
- 1 bunch celery
- 4 onions
- 2 eggs beaten in 1/2 cup milk
- Broth to right consistency

- 2 cups grated zucchini (not peeled)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 t vanilla
