- 12 oz vanilla wafers crushed
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 to 3 small bananas
- 2 TBSPS lemon or orange juice
- 1 pint cool whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3 oz jar marachino cherries drained

Chicken Soup with Spinach Tortellini, Tomato, & Mushroom

- 2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth (not condensed) or 4 cups homemade chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 oz small mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Freshly ground pepper
- salt, optional
- 1 (8 to 10 oz) package fresh spinach tortellini, ravioli or agnolotti
- 1 small zucchini, cut into thin strips
- 1 large tomato, diced small
- 2 TBSPs chopped parsley or cilantro

- 1 - 16 oz pkg cole slaw mix (green, red cabbage & carrots)
- 1/4 cup toasted sunseeds
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds (or chopped)
- 2 TBSPs toasted sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg top ramen noodles (broken up) chicken or oriental flavor
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup sugar (or splenda)
- 1/4 tsp cumin (opt)
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard (opt)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 pkg of seasoning from top ramen noodles
