- 2 teaspoons finely grated lime peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- lime syrup and lime glaze
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
- 1/2 cup unsalted raw pistachios (about 2 ounces), finely chopped in processor
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 * 1 cup diced onions
- 1 * 1 cup diced celery
- 1 * 1 cup diced carrot
- 4 * 4 (14-ounce) cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 * 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic

- 3 lbs. chicken thighs skin removed (you can use chicken breast if you want)
- 1 1/4 cups honey
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup low sodium ketchup
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. Sesame oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Hot Artichoke-Spinach Dip

Preheat the oven to 450. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and prepare a bowl of ice water
- * Kosher salt
- 1 * 1 10-ounce bag baby spinach
- 1 * 1 cup packed fresh basil
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 * 6 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1 * 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 * 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed dry and finely chopped
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- * Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 * 2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- * Freshly ground black pepper
