- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa (natural, unsweetened)
- Pinch of salt
- Tiny pinch of cinnamon

- 2 Tbsp canola oil or vegetable oil (NOT extra virgin olive oil, it's too strongly flavored)
- 1 to 2 drops vanilla extract
- 1 small scoop of ice cream or 1 or 2 teaspoons heavy whipping cream to serve

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef

- Directions
- 1 1. to 350°. to to 2 Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in sausage, soup, sauerkraut, 2 cups cheese, milk, onions, mustard and garlic.
